I can see the camera in IPConfigure, but I cannot access the camera

In some cases, it can be possible that you can see the camera in IPConfigure, however,

• there are error messages in IPConfigure like "Cannot Access Device",
• you cannot Use the camera in ImpactControlCenter, or
• the camera is even not listed in ImpactControlCenter.

There could be two reasons for this problem:

1. The communication is blocked by a firewall.
2. There are network configuration problems, which means that either the network is incorrectly configured or with regards to the network settings the camera itself.
