Installing The Impact Acquire Package

All required software is available from the Balluff website here.

For more details regarding the installation procedure for a specific installation one of the following chapters will be helpful.

Please install the Impact Acquire framework with USB2 support enabled before connecting any mvBlueFOX device!

  The contents of the Impact Acquire package differs between operating systems. As an example, the macOS package only supports a subset of Balluff devices on ARM64-based platforms, like Mac mini systems based on M1 or newer! Refer to Device And Operating System Support Across Released Versions for more information.
